Clive Christian Perfume Limited is committed to providing an exceptional luxury experience; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 28 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been removed from their original cellophane wrapping.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our dedicated Concierge Team via email or through our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unused item in its original signature packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
